Founder of Leonardi Bracken Real Estate, Bob Leonardi entered the residential real estate field in 1974. Recognizing early-on that the opportunities in real estate were limitless, he expanded into commercial sales, auctioneering, land development and general contracting.

He soon realized that to survive the economic swings of the American economy it would be necessary to develop various plans of “alternative and niche marketing”. As a result he has received local and national media attention for his success in marketing real estate during both favorable and difficult economic times. Additionally, Bob is well known for his ability to raise tens of thousands of dollars a year for charitable causes.

Dan Bracken
President, Broker in Charge/Realtor®

Dan is the Broker In Charge for Leonardi Bracken Real Estate. Dan first began working with the company nearly a decade ago as the marketing director. While he now oversees the daily activities and direction of the company, he still enjoys participating in the marketing programs. Dan has a wide range of skills sets ranging from his ability to stay in tune with the constantly changing real estate market to problem solving and client relations. These skills are not only an asset to our company, but more importantly to our clients.

Mr. Bracken obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina. He is also very active within the community where he serves on the Pickens County YMCA board, Cornerstone Bank Advisory Board, Greenville Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, and is active in the Foster Care Community.

J. Larry Pope

Larry is a graduate of Central Wesleyan College where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Human Resources. He earned a duel Masters Degree in Business Administration and Computer Resource & Information Management from Webster University. He is involved in the community where he has served on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Pickens County for 8 years. In addition to being a board member he is currently serving as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the organization. He is a past board member for Prevent Child Abuse Pickens County. Larry is also a lifetime member of the South Carolina chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Larry was the Chief Financial Officer for Baptist Easley Hospital for 33 years. Throughout his career, he derived great satisfaction from assisting people in their time of need.

Larry’s financial background enables him to assist home sellers and buyers in navigating the current real estate market.

Pam Merritt

Pam is a Powdersville native, graduate of Clemson University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management & Marketing, and has been an involved member of the community her entire life. She grew up on her family farm, which was a working dairy with over 200 cows known as Merritt’s Dairy. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Anderson County Farmer’s Market, as well as the Board of Directors for the Pickens County YMCA, and is chairperson of the Membership Committee.

Pam began her professional career upon graduating from Clemson in telecommunications and information technology with Southern Bell, and through her years as an Account Manager for various companies, has always maintained her “customer focused, customer first” attitude. She also owned and ran Rose Hill Plantation for many years, which was her working organic, hydroponic strawberry greenhouse and farm store. Her farm experience makes her uniquely qualified to help anyone in the market for or selling farmland, whether it be a hobby farm or ranch. She has a passion for real estate, and her lifelong area residency paired with her energy and enthusiasm enhance her client’s experience as she is dedicated to insuring their satisfaction.

Lisa Resotka
Director of Marketing/Realtor®

Lisa is the Director of Marketing for Leonardi Bracken Real Estate. She oversees our marketing department that has received numerous awards during her tenure. Her creative flair is a tremendous asset in our continuous effort to produce high impact marketing materials. Lisa is also responsible for developing our database for the use of market research, financial reporting and advertising budget analysis. Additionally, Lisa has used her organizational skills to implement a process flow that has become a standard for our company.

Mrs. Resotka obtained her Associates Degree in Graphic Design and then continued her education at Clemson University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art. She is also active within her community where she serves as the President of the Neighborhood Watch Program, maintains the community website, publishes community newsletters, and volunteers for Greenville Hospital System.
